Master Kush is a popular indica cross from two landrace strains from different parts of the Hindu Kush parent by the Dutch White Label Seed Company in Amsterdam. The plant produces a subtle earthy, citrus smell with a hint of incense, which is often described as a vintage flavor. The taste of Master Kush is reminiscent of the famous hard-rubbed charas hash.

Medical marijuana patients commonly say that the strain produces a euphoric, happy state without making them too anxious to function. They may also experience a sense of chills and slight paranoia or anxiety, which will often fade after a few minutes, leaving users pleasantly relaxed and in an upbeat mood.

It is recommended for patients who have insomnia, muscle pain, chronic stress and arthritis. In addition, Master Kush is often said to be a great pain reliever, and doctors often recommend it for patients with multiple sclerosis or those undergoing cancer treatment.

Some common side effects are dry eyes and mouth and slight dizziness, which are relieved by consuming plenty of fluids. According to reports of Dutch Passion Seeds, Master Kush has a THC count between 15-20%. The strain’s terpene profile is dominated by myrcene (70%), while linalool and pinene are present at 3% each.

Growing this strain indoors is possible but not recommended. It is best to grow Master Kush outdoors in subtropical climates. It will branch out if grown indoors, forming chunky colas with orange pistils. The flowering period lasts between 70-90 days, but it should be harvested around 60 days after the plants have been planted.

Master Kush produces thick, sticky buds that should be harvested in daylight and dried in a location with good air circulation and ventilation for at least 7-10 days to ensure a sweet, aromatic flavor.
