Sugar Cookie Strain

Sugar Cookie is a hybrid marijuana strain made from a three-way cross of Crystal Gayle, Blue Hawaiian, and Sensi Star parents. It was made popular in Denmark in the late 1980s, but it has been bred and grown since even before that. This strain tastes like tropical fruit and sweet, sugary berries.

Sugar Cookie provides calming and relaxing body effects and will eventually lull you into a deep sleep. Medical marijuana patients choose Sugar Cookie to help relieve symptoms associated with insomnia and also depression. The adverse effects of Sugar Cookie are low. It has been reported to cause dry mouth, dry eyes, and some paranoia and dizziness when first consumed. Sugar Cookie has a THC level of around 18-22%, which is higher for hybrids.

Sugar Cookie buds have medium-sized calyxes and are covered with few orange hairs. The plant can grow between three to six feet tall. It can thrive indoors and out, but the buds will be more potent when grown indoors. Flowering usually takes between eight and twelve weeks, but this can vary depending on the strain and growing conditions.
