Pie Face is a hybrid marijuana strain made by crossing Cherry Pie with Face Off OG. It was made popular in 2009 and is available to purchase in the U.S. from a handful of dispensaries. The 60/40 Indica-dominant hybrid carries a sweet cherry and earthy hash flavor, taking after both sides of the family.

Medical marijuana patients commonly use Pie Face to relieve symptoms of chronic pain and stress. It is also used to treat insomnia, depression, fatigue, and headaches. Some users reported beneficial effects included increased feelings of relaxation, euphoria, and increased sociability.

The side effects of Pie Face can include dry mouth and eyes, dizziness, paranoia, headaches, and sometimes may cause anxiety. Pie Face has an average THC content of 19-23%. The aroma and flavor are described as cherry pie and earthy hash, taking after both sides of the family.
