Medical marijuana patients prefer the J1 strain because it helps alleviate stress, pain, and anxiety. The J1 strain is also effective in managing chronic pain, nausea, and insomnia. When smoking this strain, it’s been described as being uplifting, euphoric, and clear-headed. It produces little to no psychoactive effect.

Physical effects of smoking the J1 strain include fatigue, dry eyes, cottonmouth, dizziness, and headaches. These effects are usually coupled with impaired memory and poor coordination. The THC content in this strain stands at 18%, which is fairly high for a Sativa strain hybrid.
