Headband is a beautiful, potent hybrid cannabis strain. A cross of Sour Diesel and OG Kush, Headband has heavy doses of Sour Diesel’s signature fuel flavor with hints of lemon and diesel fuel to balance it out. It dawns from the northern California area and is widely available throughout that state. Because of its wide availability, Headband has gained popularity with many patients across the country. Headband has an extremely strong effect that provides a euphoric feeling, something you may not have felt with other strains of marijuana. The THC levels of this strain are 18-24%, much higher than the typical 5% of many strains. The terpenes in this strain are myrcene, caryophyllene, and pinene.

Headband should be grown indoors or outside in sunny weather. This strain is not recommended for a beginner grower because of its difficulty and a high chance of failure if cared for incorrectly. If growing indoors, it will need at least seven weeks to flower and yield 2-3 ounces per square meter when grown properly.
