Green Goblin Strain
- Dry Eyes
- Dry Mouth
Green Goblin strain is a Sativa variety of marijuana that is either a specific phenotype or a hybrid cross of Northern Lights with Skunk #1; some versions seem to have some diesel mixed in as well. This strain emerged in the Netherlands and has since made its way to the United States.
Medical marijuana patients choose this strain for pain relief, to reduce anxiety and stress, and to relieve symptoms of cancer or glaucoma. The effects of this strain include a full-body relaxation which is ideal for daytime use and a pleasant giggly sensation.
The adverse effects include dry mouth and eyes, and dizziness. The THC levels of Green Goblin vary from 14% to 25%, and the CBD level ranges from 0.5% to 2.5%. The pungent aroma of the Goblin is overall musky and skunky with hints of that diesel fuel, and the buds will be a forest green with rusty orange hairs.
Growing this strain is not too difficult as long as growers adjust the nutrient regimen based on the growth stage and keep an eye out for spider mites. It can thrive indoors or out and will flower in about 9 weeks. The yield of this strain is average at 450 to 550 grams per square meter.
