As the name suggests, Glueberry is a hybrid strain combination of three parents; Blueberry, Gorilla Glue, and OG Kush. It emerged in the Pacific Northwest, where heavy-hitting strains are favored. The blueberry flavor in this strain is certainly not just for show; it has a sweet, fruity taste that will leave you coming back for more.

Glueberry marijuana is said to help with symptoms related to PTSD, fatigue, headaches, and chronic anxiety, according to those who have used it for medicinal purposes. The effects of this strain will cause you to feel happy and euphoric initially before mellowing you out into a relaxed state. It is also said that Glueberry is perfect for creative endeavors, like artistic endeavors and writing since the strain helps users focus.

The known side effects of Glueberry strain are minimal and can include dry eyes, dry mouth, mild paranoia, and cognitive difficulties. The high is mostly cerebral and physical in nature. The THC content of this strain is around 20-23 percent, which is on the higher side.

Growing this strain is not too difficult since it doesn’t really need any special attention. That being said, if you are growing this strain, you can expect to harvest it about 9-10 weeks after seeding. The color of your flower will be a vibrant purple, which is sometimes called “frosty purple” due to the tendency of mushrooms and other fungi to grow on the flowers.

This strain can be grown indoors or outdoors, though it is recommended that you have at least an indoor grow light if you opt for the latter. Depending on the medium you choose to grow this strain in, keep your plants in a vegetative state for 3-4 weeks and then move them to the flowering stage when they are about 50% of their adult size.
