It’s most commonly used by medical marijuana patients to relieve chronic pain, anxiety, and insomnia.

It originates from the East Coast, but it’s becoming more popular on the West Coast and Canada. The leaves are long and thin, with various shades of green, purple, and gold hues. These leaves are large and dented with round edges. The nugs are dense, dark green covered in bright orange hairs. The buds have a fluffy feel, and it very sticky to the touch with a dry aftertaste.

The negative effect that this strain is most known for is paranoia. It may also give consumers headaches or dry mouth. The THC levels in this strain can be anywhere from 18%-21%. This is a potent strain that many beginners have reported to being too heavy for them. It’s a popular daytime smoke, with most users preferring to use it during the day because of the strong euphoric effects.

Growing this strain is relatively easy. It’s typically a mid-high latitude variety, so it can take some time to grow; however, it’s possible to grow indoors or in an outdoor garden with proper attention. It takes about 9 to 13 weeks to fully mature, depending on conditions. It can be grown in full sun or a half-shade environment.

It grows best in a pH range of 6.6-7.5, but it can grow well at lower pH levels that range from 4 to 8. This strain has produced some very high-quality smoke that is smooth with a creamy texture and an almost buttery flavor.
